As a way of demonstrating our commitment, below are a number of specific standards which we will adhere to starting from the minute you pick up the telephone to us:-

  • 95% of all calls to the office will be answered within three rings
  • We supply course outlines to the delegates and speak with them to ensure that it is the correct level of training That they are being booked on to
  • We provide pre-course questionnaires to ensure that the delegates aims and objectives are met and the correct course is being booked for them
  • We provide evaluation sheets to check the course has covered the delegate’s objectives.
  • Our trainers are constantly up skilling there subjects
  • Manuals are provided for all delegates attending courses
  • 1-1 telephone and email support is provided for all delegates attending courses.
