Leave M4 at Junction 34

  • If coming from Cardiff direction take 3rd exit at roundabout signposted Llantrisant. If coming from Bridgend direction take the first exit at roundabout.
  • Continue up dual carriageway taking the right hand lane
  • At the first set of traffic lights turn right by the Castell Mynach Public house on to A4119 Llantrisant Road
  • Continue through Groesfaen village ignoring the first turning left for Creigau
  • Continue on for another mile passing Henstaff Business Centre on your right
  • Take next turning left signposted Creigiau and Pentyrch - you will see a yellow sign saying Canada Lakes
  • Take first right signposted Pentyrch again a sign is showing Canada Lakes
  • Canada Lakes is now on your right - there is a bungalow at the start of the driveway
  • Continue along the driveway and you will see the sign for Total Team Building Red Oak Creek training venue.

Seal Enterprises (Training Division) Connect Assist Building, Unit 9, Cefn Coed Parc, Nantgarw,Cardiff, CF15 7QQ

M4 – Exit at Junction 32 and join the A470 heading towards Merthyr Tydfil.

Take the Caerphilly Castle/Treforest Industrial Estate Exit (keep in left hand lane) and take immediate exit towards industrial estate (you will see Makro in front of you) come down hill (get into right hand lane) and take 4th turning off roundabout (at the entrance to this turning you will see the LDS car maintenance garage).

We are the first stand alone building on your right hand side (immediately after LDS Motors).
